Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
In 2009, I qualified in Sports massage therapy and personal training, the following year I added holistic massage to my skills. My passion for sport meant I worked alongside athletes the majority of my time and wanted to learn more about recovery and rehabilitation. In July 2013, I graduated from St Mary's University Twickenham with a BSc Hons in Sports Rehabilitation. I would like to complete a Masters degree in physiotherapy in the future. As an athlete having competed in both powerlifting and a variety of running distances I understand recovery isn't just about the treatment received, but that nutrition and lifestyle are also key factors, I enjoy the challenges rehabilitation offers and like to work with the client to ensure goals are set and achieved together.
